Chapter: 1" Becoming Childhood Friends, Hero, Princess, and Holy Maiden"

 "Good morning, Ku-san. You died after getting hit by a truck while being drunk and jumping onto the road with your friends."

When I realized it, I was in a completely white world. In front of me was a woman with a smile like a goddess.

Ah, yes. I remember the moment it ended.

I am Tono Ku, a 22-year-old woman. What a way to end my life.

"However, rejoice. Your wish to go to another world that you shouted in your final moments has been granted. Your friends are already trying to decide on their desired lives. Please join them at that table."

Looking around, I saw the three friends who had been with me until the last moment seriously contemplating something. Nao, Erika, and Yui.

I asked the goddess, "By the way, is the destination we're reincarnating into perhaps the world of Graling Fantasy, the VRMMO game we used to play?"

The goddess replied, "That is the name of the world you played the game in, right? While I don't know the details of the game, I don't think it's the same. My world is called Idelas."

The goddess revealed herself to be the creator of Idelas, the world we were about to go to, and her name was Ashisshera. Ashis for short.

Our mission was said to be non-existent. Ashis mentioned her purpose as "activating the world and eliminating stagnation," but she assured us that we didn't need to be conscious of it. We were free to live as we pleased, with cheat-like powers and modern knowledge at our disposal.

Nao chose to be a hero, Erika decided to become a princess in a powerful nation, and Yui expressed her desire to become a saint. As for me, I was still unsure.

In the end, I asked if the destination was the world of Graling Fantasy, the game we had enjoyed playing together. The goddess confirmed that it wasn't, and the world we were going to was Idelas.

The goddess explained that she chose us because our wishes reached her, and the timing was just right. She was the creator god who crafted Idelas.

As our friends started their reincarnation journey, I still struggled with choosing my new life. The goddess revealed that we would be born in different locations in the same world.

I couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed, thinking we wouldn't be able to meet again in the new world. However, the goddess assured us that she would maintain our names, and we would eventually find out about each other.

Nao, Erika, and Yui left for their new lives, and I couldn't help but ask the goddess, "Will we be able to meet in the new world?"

She explained that while the world and era were the same, our locations would be different. However, she reassured us that our names would be preserved, and we would eventually know about each other.

As they disappeared into the light, I casually said to myself, "Nao, Erika, Yui, I hope we can play together over there."

And then, it was my turn.

"Wait a minute. I haven't heard Ku's choice yet."

"Tell me. What will Ku become?"

"Uh, well..."

Nao urged me on, but I honestly couldn't think of anything.

As I hesitated, the three friends were enveloped in light and disappeared.

"For now, Yui, do your best with the erotic stuff."

"I told you, it's not like that! I just want to be admired for my accomplishments!"

And so, they were gone.
